1. The feeding section, corner combining section, and out-feeding section are conveyed by synchronous belts of equal height and speed, and servo opening and closing, which can realize continuous corner crimping processing of doors and windows.
2. The unique external corner auxiliary pressing component can realize multiple functions such as leading angle, continuous angle positioning, external corner positioning, upper clamping corner crimping positioning, and pushing out after crimping corners.
3. Pneumatic lifting design is adopted for inner corner positioning. When the frame feeding and out-feeding, the inner corner positioning device is hidden under the worktable, which can realize fast and smooth loading and unloading.
4. Two sets of corner knives for a single corner are driven by positive and negative ball screw servos, and the synchronization of the knives is good. Servo torque control is used to ensure the depth and precision of the knife.
5. The whole machine adopts 23 servo motors to drive the ball screw drive and 6 stepping motors to drive the transmission, and cooperates with the precision linear guide rail, which has a good degree of automation and high motion accuracy.
6. All actions are run by servo motors and servo torque.
