Double side Slotting Machine Features:
- This machine is speclally designed by our company for the glue injection corner key of frame sash. It innovatively uses 2 spindle motors to drive the milling cutter, and the upper and lower surfaces are processed at the same time to plan and mill the glue injection groove
- One clamping can process multiple corner keys, pneumatic clamping. The linear guide and gas-liquid conversion or servo working process are combined to make the working process more stable
- The milling groove width is customized to the corresponding thickness of the saw blade or miling cutter. The slot thickness can be processed in 2.0mm-10mm. The milling groove position and depth can be adjusted.
- The working table processing stroke can reach 580mm.The super large working table length of 400mm can clamp more aluminum comer keys.
- This machine manually codes the material. The processed corner keys fall automatically.
