Hydraulic Punching Machine For Aluminium Feature:
The Hydraulic Punching Machine is the best punching station for multi-mould press. There are so many punching requests on the sliding windows, doors, and unitizes, so need a large capacity station and quick individual change for the punching molds. So we developed the new model machine with pressing heads working individual. Each press head can be equipped with a separated hydraulic cylinder, so can be operated separated or united for pressing each moulds one by one.
All power supply is from the large hydraulic stations, which separate the power into each four sets of pressing heads and make sure the press is working separated. So it can allow free mould changing during the working stage, and no need wait another mould finish. So it is the most efficient punching machine when processing sliding window and door.
