This machine is for knurling function. The knurling and feeding machine is to increase the binding force of aluminum profile and barrier in grooves where the thermal barrier strip goes through. The knurled grooves increase the friction force between thermal barrier strip and aluminum profiles.
Features:
1.The vertical movement of knurling is electrically controlled, which makes changes of different profiles easy, fast, and stable.
2.Film coating support frame and clamping unit are available. Strip feeding can be achieved when knurling.
3.The two knurling heads can be vertically controlled by separate motors, and hand wheels as well.
4.Taiwan HIWIN linear rail and Schneider electrical appliance are adopted for stable performance.
5.Knurling knife canbe adjusted 0-250mm up/down, 0-125mm left/right, rollers that above and under knife canbe adjusted 0-50mm up/down, 0-125mm left/right.
